Refund Policy

Because reports are digital and generated on demand, refund eligibility is limited but fair.

We will refund a paid report if the underlying analysis fails to generate and we are unable to resolve the issue, if you were charged in duplicate, or if a clear technical defect prevented you from accessing the report.

Refunds are not typically issued after a successful report has been generated and delivered. For any concern, please contact support — we want to make this right.
